★ GIFTS

Lanna Yo likes taking care  of even the smallest details. All orders are wrapped and shipped in their original packaging,  with the small characteristic round YO of the brand. All our shipments are made with the collaboration of  ASM (a leading company in the sector) to ensure that they reach our customers with the best quality.

★ EXCHANGE
Lanna Yo may not be able to offer an exchange on any personalized handmade items.

Exchanges can be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of greater value, you must pay the difference.
In case of return, the price of the product will be paid by the same way in which it was paid and within 5 working days from when it arrives at our studio

★ REFUNDS
We hope it never happens, but if you’ve changed your mind and you don’t love your purchase, please notify us within 7 days upon receiving of the package.

★ DAMAGES and LOSES
Please note that items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition and package. Also, we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipping.

★ DEADLINES

PAYPAL ONLY, but you DON’T NEED to have a PAYPAL ACCOUNT, just convo or email me telling that you don’t have any Paypal account and I’ll send you a money request for the total sale. You’ll be able to pay using Paypal website with your credit card or an e-check and not being even registered on Papal.

★ DEADLINES and CANCELLATION POLICY
The payment is due within 24 hours of purchase, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel the order.

★ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and TAXES
Customs charges or taxes may be due when you rececive your order depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility.
